Design & Make Ambassador Program

Context

The Autodesk Design & Make Ambassador Program empowers students to connect their communities with Autodesk softwares and the Design & Make industries, such as architecture, construction, engineering, animation, and more.

Ambassadors engage in activities like hosting workshops, mentoring peers, promoting events, and supporting national campaigns, all while developing leadership skills, professional experience, and meaningful community impact.

A “Campus Leader” is an Autodesk Design & Make Ambassador who act as leaders and liaisons between Autodesk and the Ambassadors on their campus.

Actions

I managed a team of 20 Campus Leaders across 15 campuses and supported them in executing 60+ Autodesk campus events and meetings. I maintained one-on-one relationships with each student through monthly check-ins to ensure alignment with program goals and gather feedback to continuously improve their experience. Additionally, I onboarded and trained five new Campus Leaders with the best practices and program tools.

Using engagement data and student feedback, I helped refine student outreach tactics to further scale the program across 152 college campuses in the US. I also conducted on-site market visits to understand local campus culture and identify territory-specific growth opportunities.

Impact

Of 152 schools, the 15 leader-led campuses I managed generated over 50% of total student engagement, demonstrating the impact that strong leadership and ongoing support can have on program participation and success.
